Launch of new art magazine You are cordially invited

You Are Cordially Invited is a new kind of art magazine. The launch issue presents a two-dimensional art fair with an international line-up of galleries, showing recent –and often still available– works of art. To help point out the manifold perceptions on art the exhibition is supported by ‘guided tours’, which connects a variety of disciplines such as art, architecture, fashion, design, art history and literature. This way the world of art is entered through different perspectives.

You Are Cordially Invited aims to create a broader audience for contemporary art and culture. Addressing a new generation of art collectors You Are Cordially Invited functions as a professional guide to global trends, references, context and above all beautiful imagery.

Celebrate the release of You Are Cordially Invited’s first issue with us on Wednesday the 26th of June at ViaHenri, Henri Polaklaan 13, Amsterdam. For this occasion Antoine Peters will show an installation of his impressive cover dress.

Lost & Found XL

An extra large Lost & Found summer night of stray images and sounds in the oldest building in the city. Artists, writers and musicians present work in progress, experiment or present work that doesn’t fit into their oeuvre (yet). A specific and unique stage for diverse and hybrid works which don’t fit comfortably into galleries or museums. The program is compiled by Alma Mathijsen, Julia van Mourik, Suzanne Wallinga and Yeb Wiersma from received and selected material.
